Strategic Account Manager

Mitratech is a global provider of software for Legal, Risk, Compliance, and HR functions serving thousands of companies worldwide. We are seeking a strategic, customer-focused Account Manager to own a portfolio of high-value accounts, deepen executive relationships, drive renewals and upsell opportunities, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver measurable customer value.

Skills

  • Proven ability to build and maintain executive relationships
  • Strong consultative selling and strategic account planning skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and productivity suites (MS Office/Google Workspace)
  • Strong organizational, project management, and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate cross-functional teams
  • Willingness to travel to key customer and company events

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain executive-level relationships with key stakeholders in assigned strategic accounts
  • Serve as the central point of contact coordinating sales, product, support, and marketing for the customer
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans with clear short- and long-term objectives
  • Conduct account business reviews, present proposals, and demonstrate product value to stakeholders
  • Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth and retention
  • Monitor account health metrics (revenue, satisfaction, retention) and report progress internally and to customers
  • Forecast renewals and account performance and work to exceed sales and retention targets
  • Lead virtual teams and provide product/market feedback to influence roadmap and offerings

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
