Customer Success Manager - East/Central

Tines is an automation and orchestration platform used by security, IT, and engineering teams to reduce manual work and accelerate outcomes. We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive adoption, expansion, and renewals across East/Central US customers, partnering with Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering to ensure customers realize maximum value from the platform.

Skills

  • Experience in technical post-sales or customer success at a SaaS company
  • Ability to uncover needs, translate technical requirements, and surface expansion opportunities
  • Familiarity with APIs and how integrations function
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Support
  • Comfort presenting to executives and managing renewal conversations
  • Data-driven approach to monitoring customer health and usage metrics

Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding engagements and ensure customer use cases and requirements are delivered on schedule
  • Translate technical customer needs to internal product and engineering teams and provide product feedback
  • Run regular business reviews and identify expansion opportunities across security, IT, engineering, and operations teams
  • Build account plans with internal partners to increase platform usage and drive value
  • Proactively identify risks to customer success and implement mitigation plans
  • Develop and execute renewal strategies and present strategic value to stakeholders including executives
  • Monitor account health via dashboards, metrics, logins, and usage to inform interventions

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience preferred
  • Relevant technical or business certifications a plus
