Coursera is seeking a VP of Channel & Alliances to lead the development of a robust partner ecosystem, increasing market reach and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the partner lifecycle and ensuring alignment with company goals.
Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include defining channel sales strategy, recruiting and managing partners, tracking performance via KPIs, collaborating with marketing and product teams, and leading a high-performing sales team.
Skills: Candidates should have 15+ years of experience in channel sales or partner management, strong leadership and strategic thinking skills, exceptional communication abilities, and expertise in CRM and PRM tools.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include experience in B2B SaaS or edtech environments, financial acumen, data analysis skills, and a proven track record in executive-level partnership management.
Location: This position is based in the US and can be performed remotely or from any Coursera hub.
Compensation: $425000 - $425000 / Annually

The range(s) listed above is the expected annual OTE salary for this role, subject to change.
