They say they value "work-life balance", but expect you to answer emails at 10 PM. Yeah, no.

Deadlines with no resources = burnout city

some weeks are solid, others I’m wondering why I even got outta bed. Depends a lot on which project you’re on.

Felt welcomed from day one. No cliques, no weird politics. Just solid teamwork.
