Account Executive

Compliancy Group provides tech-enabled services and software to help small and midsized medical practices meet ongoing healthcare compliance requirements. The company is seeking a motivated Account Executive to drive new-logo revenue through proactive pipeline generation, end-to-end deal management, and close a high volume of deals while collaborating with Customer Success for smooth client onboarding.

Skills

  • Proven success managing full sales process and consistently achieving quotas
  • Experience with CRM and sales automation tools (HubSpot, Apollo, Salesloft, Outreach)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Analytical ability to forecast and manage territory performance
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Team-first mentality and strong collaboration skills

Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate new business through inbound leads and strategic outbound initiatives
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for new logos
  • Record all sales activities, interactions, and results accurately in the CRM
  • Forecast and manage territory performance using data-driven targets
  • Report key insights and performance metrics daily, weekly, and monthly
  • Maintain deep product and service knowledge to effectively communicate value
  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth client onboarding and adoption

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
  • Relevant sales training or certifications a plus
