Skills: 5+ years in software or SaaS sales, 1+ years in sales management, strong consultative selling skills, excellent coaching ability, and experience in the nonprofit sector is a plus.
Qualifications: Proven record in achieving sales quotas, fostering long-term customer relationships, and navigating a fast-paced environment.
Location: This position is remote, supporting a flexible work culture.
Compensation: $183300 - $249600 / Annually
About the role
We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing Senior Sales Manager to join our sales team. This position will lead a team of Account Executives to achieve growth targets for our high growth Nonprofit prospects and customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new and strengthening existing relationships with Executives and Senior Leaders at Nonprofit accounts. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team of seasoned Account Executives and will have a proven track record for delivering results.

The starting base salary and annual proposed commission is $183,300.00 to $249,600.00. Blackbaud may pay more or less based on employee qualifications, market value, sales quota, Company finances, and other operational considerations.
