Great Minds seeks a Regional Sales Director for the Midwest to drive strategic direction and revenue outcomes for a team of field sales representatives, fostering relationships in the K-12 education market.
Responsibilities: The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, ensuring team performance, managing pipelines, recruiting and coaching sales representatives, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer engagement.
Skills: Candidates must demonstrate strategic sales leadership, team management, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities, alongside strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include 7+ years of sales experience, 5+ years leading teams in K-12 field sales, and a Bachelor's Degree. Strong familiarity with Salesforce and excellent communication skills are also required.
Location: Remote - Must be based in the Midwest region including Illinois, Wisconsin, Iowa, Indiana, and Michigan, with up to 50% travel required.
Compensation: $137000 - $158000 / Annually

The base salary range for this position is $137,000-$158,000, however the offered salarymay be higher or lower than the above range dependent on numerous factors including, but not limited to location, work experience, skills and internal equity considerations.. The base salary is not inclusive of benefits or other incentives.
