Responsibilities
- Investigate and address sales opportunities partnering with General Manager
- Lead Sales & Service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and technical product education
- Build and maintain client relationships daily
- Develop workforce solutions and lead selling initiatives for effective sales floor coverage
- Partner with General Manager to create and implement store Sales & Service strategies
- Represent business in meetings and manage budget, reporting, and sales metrics
- Lead team accountability, coaching, talent development, and communication
- Plan recruitment and succession strategies to build internal and external talent pipelines
- Ensure operational efficiency by overseeing execution of Sales and Service deliverables
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support organizational goals
