Responsibilities
- Drive sales opportunities and collaborate with General Manager to resolve process or system issues
- Lead Sales & Service team to deliver excellent guest connections and product education
- Develop workforce solutions and manage sales floor coverage
- Partner on sales and service strategy development and implementation
- Manage budget, reporting, and business data alongside General Manager
- Coach and develop team members, building an internal pipeline through recruitment and succession planning
- Execute operational goals aligned with store leadership and company mission
