Sales Development Representative, Commercial

This role offers the opportunity to drive the growth of enterprise cybersecurity solutions by engaging prospects and generating qualified sales opportunities. You will be responsible for initiating contact, presenting product value, and scheduling discovery meetings with potential clients. Operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you will support the sales team by delivering high-quality leads and contributing to revenue generation. The position requires a mix of technical knowledge, persuasive communication, and a results-driven mindset. Accountabilities

  • Generate interest and raise awareness through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Conduct high-level conversations with prospects and effectively communicate the product’s value proposition.
  • Schedule discovery calls between prospective clients and Account Executives.
  • Meet monthly objectives and report key metrics to the SDR manager.
  • Actively participate in team learning sessions and share best practices.
  • Stay informed about new products, services, and industry trends to support prospect engagement.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative or in a similar sales-focused role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding opportunity generation goals.
  • Hands-on experience with sales methodologies (e.g., Sandler, Challenger).
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce and collaboration tools like Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics and ability to analyze data to drive results.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and objection-handling skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Highly motivated, outgoing, and team-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
  • Competitive base salary ($50,000-$55,000) plus commission and equity options.
