We’re expanding our outbound sales motion — and we’re looking for a Founding SDR to join us at the ground level. This is a rare opportunity to work directly with our VP of Sales to build the SDR playbook from scratch. Your outreach strategies, messaging ideas, and insights from the field will directly shape the future of Hubstaff’s sales development department.
You’ll be on the front lines identifying and engaging our highest-fit prospects. Your work will not only generate pipeline for our Account Executives but also influence how we scale our outbound team, structure our processes, and define what “great” looks like in Hubstaff’s sales organization.

Identify & Target ICP Accounts: Prospect into industries where Hubstaff wins — digital agencies, IT services, BPOs, and field service companies.
Multi-Channel Outreach: Execute highly personalized sequences via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
Qualify Prospects: Conduct discovery to uncover pain points, goals, and buying triggers.
Book Meetings for AEs: Ensure meetings are with decision-makers and meet ICP criteria.
Contribute to the Playbook: Share feedback on messaging, targeting, and process improvements — your ideas will shape our outbound strategy.
Leverage Tech Stack: Use HubSpot CRM and Apollo to manage outreach and track results.
Hit & Exceed Targets: Achieve monthly quotas for meetings booked, show rates, and outbound pipeline.
Collaborate Closely with Leadership: Work directly with the VP of Sales for coaching, strategy sessions, and joint problem-solving.
Experience: Minimum 1 year in outbound sales/SDR role with proven cold calling experience in B2B. SaaS experience is a plus.

Hybrid Flexibility: Preference for Orlando-based candidates (2 days/week in office), but open to remote for the right person.
Competitive Pay: $60k base + $20k OTE with uncapped commission.
