Enterprise Sales Manager (Remote - US)

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of EROAD. We are currently looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager in the United States.

This role is a key driver of growth within the North American market, focusing on acquiring new enterprise and large enterprise customers. The Enterprise Sales Manager will spearhead the identification and pursuit of business opportunities, building strong relationships with decision-makers and presenting tailored solutions that meet client needs. Success in this position requires a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for helping customers realize measurable business value. The role offers a collaborative environment where you will work closely with cross-functional teams to support complex sales cycles and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Accountabilities

  • Identify and research prospective enterprise clients, prioritizing opportunities based on market insights and industry knowledge.
  • Generate new business through proactive outbound prospecting including cold calls, emails, and networking events.
  • Engage prospects using value-based selling methodologies, understanding their challenges and positioning solutions accordingly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, fleet managers, and procurement teams to advance sales pipelines.
  • Conduct tailored product demonstrations and presentations to highlight solution value.
  • Collaborate with sales engineers and product specialists to address technical inquiries and align offerings with client needs.
  • Develop and execute territory strategies to meet and exceed booking targets.
  • Manage sales opportunities and pipeline within Salesforce.com, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data.
  • Forecast sales results monthly and quarterly, driving action plans to achieve targets.
  • Uphold company values by promoting safety and compliance, advocating customer-centric initiatives, and enhancing customer experience.

  • 3+ years consistently exceeding $1M+ annual recurring revenue quotas in direct enterprise or SaaS sales, preferably in a "hunting" role.
  • Proven track record ranking in top sales performer positions (#1 or #2).
  • Experience managing complex, multi-million dollar sales cycles from prospecting through close.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with ability to influence C-level executives and key stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with analytical skills to develop and execute effective sales strategies in competitive markets.
  • Expertise in discovery techniques to identify customer pain points and map solutions.
  • Skilled in helping customers build business cases with quantified ROI.
  • Proficient in outbound prospecting techniques and tools.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent relationship-building and customer service focus.
  • Self-motivated team player with strong time management and prioritization abilities.
  • Experience working in start-up environments (Series A, B, or C) preferred.
