Vice President, Pharmacy Consultant Relations

Transcarent (combined with Accolade) is building an AI-powered, personalized health and care experience serving millions of members. We are seeking a strategic, highly connected Vice President of Pharmacy Consultant Relations to build and deepen consultant partnerships, influence market positioning, and drive pharmacy revenue through the consultant channel by partnering closely with commercial, clinical, product, and executive teams.

  • Proven ability to influence consultant positioning and procurement outcomes
  • Experience leading complex, high-value healthcare sales cycles
  • Strong market analysis and competitive intelligence skills
  • Excellent executive presence, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Salesforce or CRM proficiency and disciplined pipeline management
  • Ability to travel up to 25-50% annually

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market and business plans to meet pharmacy sales targets within the consultant channel.
  • Identify, map, and prioritize key pharmacy stakeholders within national and regional consultant firms.
  • Build and maintain trusted, high-impact relationships with pharmacy consultants and industry influencers.
  • Conduct market and competitive analyses to inform targeted market entry and growth strategies.
  • Capture and synthesize consultant feedback to inform commercial, product, clinical, and CR teams.
  • Lead complex, high-value sales cycles influenced by consultants from engagement through contract negotiation and close.
  • Partner cross-functionally to shape product and solution offerings based on market needs.
  • Track consultant interactions, pipeline activity, and outcomes in Salesforce to ensure visibility and accountability.
  • Own pharmacy-related RFP responses, finalist presentations, and deal negotiations to support company growth.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Advanced degree (MBA, MPH, PharmD, or similar) preferred
