Skills
- Strong portfolio showcasing paid advertising and digital design work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
- Proficiency in Figma for design and collaboration
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout
- Experience producing assets optimized for various paid media channels (social, display, video)
- Basic motion design skills or willingness to develop motion capabilities
Responsibilities
- Develop visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for digital advertising campaigns across paid channels
- Collaborate with growth, marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand briefs, objectives, and timelines
- Execute production-ready assets that align with Alo brand guidelines and project requirements
- Present design concepts and iterate based on feedback from internal teams
- Optimize creative for performance and channel-specific requirements
- Stay current with design trends and recommend new techniques or resources to improve output
- Support motion graphics and asset sequencing for video ads when required
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (preferred/required as stated)
- Professional portfolio demonstrating paid ad campaigns and digital-first work
