-A lot of companies just throw around the word "culture" - Elicit genuinely cares about this part of the company. -No matter what level employee you are, you are encouraged to form relationships with everyone up to the CEO. I had a beer / casual conversation with the CEO my first week on the job. -Elicit treats employees very well. Compensation, work/life balance, and interesting work - generally don't think you will find all of these at your normal consulting companyCons
