Arketa is building the operating system for modern fitness and wellness. Our mission is to make wellness more accessible by empowering studios and wellness entrepreneurs to grow beyond in-person classes. We provide a powerful, all-in-one platform to manage and scale hybrid wellness businesses—whether online, in-person, or both.

With Arketa, users can easily manage schedules, accept bookings and payments, build on-demand video libraries, host retreats, and run marketing campaigns via text and email. We also offer fully branded apps and websites, so studios can deliver a seamless, professional experience across every customer touchpoint.

The Role:

We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our growing team and help us attract, engage, and hire the best talent in engineering, product, and design. This role will be a key partner to our hiring managers and will report directly to our Head of Talent.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for Engineering, Product, and Design roles, from intake through offer acceptance.

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring strategies, and success profiles.

  • Drive sourcing strategy to identify, engage, and convert top passive talent across multiple channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, outbound, referrals, etc.).

  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring timely communication, transparency, and professionalism throughout the process.

  • Leverage AI tools where appropriate (CRM, ATS workflows, sourcing tools) while balancing with a high-touch, hands-on approach for relationship building.

  • Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines aligned with Arketa’s values and growth goals.

  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics to drive hiring efficiency and effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of technical recruiting experience (in-house or agency) with a focus on engineering, product, or design roles.

  • Proven ability to source and engage passive talent across multiple platforms.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and hiring managers.

  • Experience balancing automation and high-touch recruiting strategies.

  • Familiarity with modern ATS and sourcing tools (we use Ashby and Juicebox).

  • A proactive, solutions-oriented recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment.

  • Passion for building diverse, high-performing teams that will shape the future of Arketa.

For this role, the estimated annual base salary range is $110,000–$130,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, we offer equity and performance-based bonuses as part of our total compensation package. We believe in compensating fairly and transparently, and we’re happy to provide more detail during the interview process.
