Manages all aspects of shipping, receiving, returns, transfers and restock of Uline's 40,000 products across 12 North American locations. Picks and packs orders for customer shipments; receives incoming vendor shipments; maintains freight, UPS and other carriers; audits all products upon receipt; and coordinates inbound merchandise and restocks.
Sales works directly with customers to ensure commitments are met. Provides phone, mail and Internet support and builds partnerships with Uline's customers to ensure complete satisfaction.
Technology creates and maintains systems to support Uline's business objectives, including computer hardware,back-office systems, application software and communications networks.
Customer Service helps Uline's customers get what they need. Places orders, answers questions and handles customer concerns 24 hours a day, via phone, fax, email, chat and website. Uline's team is known for its passion, efficiency and helpfulness.
