Responsibilities
- Design and build highly scalable ML platform components (feature store, model training frameworks, model prediction services, ML-as-a-service).
- Implement batch and real-time feature computation, serving, and monitoring.
- Develop deep learning infrastructure to support language and image models.
- Build and operate model deployment, inference, and monitoring systems to ensure reliability and observability.
- Partner with product and ML teams to understand pain points and deliver platform solutions that increase developer productivity.
- Provide technical mentorship to ML engineers and interns and help grow the ML platform team.
- Help shape long-term strategy and roadmap for ML platform capabilities and tooling.
Education
- Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related technical field required
- Advanced degrees in a relevant discipline considered a plus
- Demonstrated continuous learning in ML systems and infrastructure
