The Role 
We’re looking for a talented and motivated Software Engineer with 2–4 years of experience in C# .NET and SQL Server to join our engineering team. This role focuses on middle and back-end development, supporting data-intensive applications and system integrations. This is a full-time in-office role located in Westlake, TX just off of highway 114.

What You’ll Do 

• Develop and maintain backend services and data workflows using C# and SQL Server.
• Write efficient, scalable code to process large datasets.
• Assist in implementing screen scraping techniques and strategies to limit bot detection and CAPTCHA challenges.
• Collaborate with senior developers and cross-functional teams to integrate with external systems and APIs.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

What You’ll Bring 

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience with C# .NET and SQL Server.
• Solid understanding of data processing, performance optimization, and backend architecture.
• Exposure to screen scraping and basic knowledge of bot detection and CAPTCHA handling.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating with third-party systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of version control in git 
• Ability to understand complex infrastructure environment 
• Fluent in English both Written and Verbal 

Nice To Have 

• Prior work experience in and understanding of Agile Development 
• Experience with testing framework like NUnit, xunit or equivalent 
• API (REST, SOAP)  
• Advanced parsing of various data exchange formats XML, JSON, fixed width, delimited, etc. 
• Experience with Test Driven Development 
• Experience with Mocking Frameworks like MOQ or Rhino
