Senior Corporate Security Engineer
Skills
- 5+ years enterprise security with hands-on experience
- Practical experience in at least two: endpoint, network, data, security operations, threat management
- Experience writing policies, processes, and supporting ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II, or SOX audits
- Strong written and verbal communication and ability to influence without authority
- Programming ability for automation and tooling (Python, Ruby, or Go)
Responsibilities
- Partner with IT teams to harden endpoint management, corporate infrastructure, identity services, and network
- Design and implement controls to protect company information from unauthorized access and disclosure
- Own endpoint detection & response platform, email security stack, and phishing simulation/awareness programs
- Advise employees on securing endpoints, office AV, and network gear and publish clear runbooks
- Build and deliver security training to grow a culture of security and accountability
- Drive security roadmap recommendations and remain current on emerging threats
- Write policies and processes and support audits (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II, SOX)
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field preferred
- Or equivalent practical experience in enterprise security
