- 3+ years HR Business Partner experience
- Experience supporting large hourly populations in manufacturing or logistics
- Knowledge across compensation, benefits, compliance, employee relations, and L&D
- Strong coaching and managerial partnership skills
- High emotional intelligence and effective communication
- Data-driven mindset and attention to detail
- U.S. Person status required
Responsibilities
- Act as strategic HR advisor to business leaders on people strategy and employee engagement
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning, restructures, and succession planning
- Provide HR policy guidance, manage complex employee relations issues, and conduct investigations
- Coach managers to improve performance, morale, and retention
- Design, implement, and iterate people programs for manufacturing and production teams
- Lead talent calibrations and compensation planning
- Use people metrics and data to inform decisions on growth, retention, and process improvements
- Build processes to attract, grow, and retain hourly manufacturing talent
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
- Continued professional development in HR or related fields preferred
