Sales Development Representative - NYC

Synthesia is an AI video communications platform on a mission to make video creation accessible to everyone, trusted by leading brands and backed by significant funding. We're looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to qualify inbound leads, run outreach sequences, and set meetings to help accelerate growth in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Skills

  • Strong phone and written communication
  • Cold-calling and relationship-building
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales automation tools
  • Attention to detail and strong listening skills
  • Comfort working in a quota-driven, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to learn product value propositions quickly

Responsibilities

  • Qualify inbound leads via phone, email, social media, events and campaigns
  • Create and activate email sequences and outbound outreach
  • Make cold calls to map and penetrate target accounts
  • Conduct timely follow-up to secure meetings for Account Executives
  • Support marketing activities and document lead generation touchpoints
  • Maintain accurate records and activity in the CRM
  • Collaborate with AEs to ensure smooth hand-off of qualified opportunities

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Open to candidates with sales, recruitment, or related backgrounds
