Kiddom is seeking a Regional Sales Director for the Southeast region to drive growth in the K–12 market by fostering relationships with school district leaders and executing strategic sales initiatives.
Responsibilities: Lead sales efforts in Florida, develop a state adoption strategy, manage a sales team, conduct market research, and engage key stakeholders to increase product adoption.
Skills: 5+ years in K–12 EdTech or education sales, deep understanding of the US education system, strong network in Florida and Virginia, and the ability to travel 40-50%.
Qualifications: Proven leadership experience in education sales and familiarity with district decision-making structures.
Location: This position is based in Florida, with travel requirements across the country.
Compensation: $100000 - $200000 / Annually

As a Regional Sales Director – Southeast, you’ll play a key role in scaling Kiddom’s presence across Florida, Virginia, Kentucky, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia K–12 market. Your focus will be building relationships with district leaders, understanding their instructional and operational needs, and helping them realize the value of Kiddom’s state approved High Quality of Instruction Materials. Salary range is dependent on geographic location, prior experience, seniority, and demonstrated role related ability during the interview process.
