VP of Sales

Tomorrow.io is a leading Resilience Platform™ using advanced weather modeling and AI to help enterprises manage weather and climate risk. We're seeking a VP of Sales based in the greater Boston area to build repeatable, metrics-driven enterprise sales systems, scale revenue to $100M+ ARR, and lead a high-performing team focused on large, bespoke SaaS deals.

Skills

  • Proven enterprise SaaS sales experience with bespoke solutions
  • Track record building ROI-driven business cases and navigating complex procurement
  • Experience scaling sales organizations to $100M+ ARR and managing $1M+ deal cycles
  • Sales system and process design (deal desk, cadence, forecasting)
  • Sales analytics and CRM-driven performance management
  • Strong people leadership: hiring, coaching and retention
  • Cross-functional collaboration and executive-level engagement
  • Data-driven decision making and KPI ownership
  • Ability to operate autonomously and execute in high-growth environments
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% and be based in greater Boston

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a repeatable, metrics-driven enterprise sales system to scale revenue
  • Build, lead and develop a high-performing, accountable enterprise sales organization
  • Own end-to-end enterprise revenue strategy from pipeline generation to deal closure
  • Establish operating rhythms: deal desk processes, forecasting discipline, sales cadences
  • Create live performance dashboards tracking sales velocity, CAC, attribution and funnel conversion
  • Align sales strategy and execution with Marketing, Product and Customer teams; engage at executive customer levels
  • Recruit top-tier talent, coach managers and retain A-player sellers
  • Travel as required (up to ~50%) and participate in in-person collaboration in the Boston office 2x/week

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
