Strategic Solutions Engineer

Array is a remote-first fintech platform delivering credit, identity monitoring, privacy protection, and a financial ads marketplace via embeddable widgets and APIs. We are hiring a Strategic Solutions Engineer to lead enterprise-level technical solutioning for complex deployments, collaborate with Fortune 500 clients and cross-functional teams, and translate executive priorities into scalable architectures and proofs of concept.

Skills

  • 5+ years in senior Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Consulting focused on enterprise clients.
  • Proven experience engaging C-level executives and senior stakeholders at large financial institutions or consumer platforms.
  • Deep familiarity with API-based SaaS products, RESTful APIs, Postman, and authentication flows.
  • Experience designing prototypes and UX concepts in Figma or equivalent tools.
  • Strong consultative approach with excellent written and verbal storytelling tailored to technical and executive audiences.
  • Track record of leading strategic discovery, complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles, and POCs.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous, high-stakes deals and collaborating across Sales, Product, and Engineering.
  • AI-first mindset: regular use of AI to think, build, and ship faster.

Responsibilities

  • Own technical solutioning for complex, enterprise Array deployments in collaboration with Sales, Product, and Engineering.
  • Lead executive-level conversations, articulating strategic impact and ROI of Array’s platform to C-level stakeholders.
  • Conduct technical discovery to map customer requirements to scalable solution architectures, integrations, and configurations.
  • Design and present prototypes, user flows, and concepts using Figma or similar tools to align cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Build detailed Statements of Work (SOWs), influence commercial structure, and obtain signoff from technical and executive sponsors.
  • Lead and manage proofs of concept (POCs) to demonstrate product depth and unlock complex deals.
  • Provide consultative guidance on deployment best practices and implementation paths to accelerate customer time-to-value.
  • Feed customer insights and technical learnings back into Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to influence roadmap.
  • Use AI tools routinely to accelerate discovery, design, and delivery processes.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Continued professional development in technical sales, solutions architecture, or product/UX tooling is a plus.
