Responsibilities
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand roles and articulate organizational impact
- Strategize and execute multi-channel sourcing campaigns to find passive design and creative candidates
- Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines specific to design, research, and creative functions
- Map talent markets, gather intelligence, and identify top candidates at target companies
- Streamline sourcing processes and ensure a high-quality candidate experience
- Use data and reporting to influence hiring decisions while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate across the Business Recruiting organization as needed
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional recruiting experience
- Relevant recruiting certifications or coursework a plus
