Senior People Business Partner

Braze is a global customer engagement platform with a collaborative, inclusive culture focused on growth and employee experience. The Senior People Business Partner will provide strategic and tactical HR support to senior leaders in the Americas Sales organization, lead cross-company initiatives, mentor junior HR teammates, and drive talent planning, organizational design, and employee relations.

Skills

  • Deep expertise in employee relations and HR best practices
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and compliance
  • Experience in workforce planning, org design, and succession planning
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive people strategy
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced SaaS environment

Responsibilities

  • Provide full-spectrum strategic and tactical HR support to executive leaders in the Americas Sales function
  • Partner with leaders on talent planning, leadership development, and succession planning
  • Drive workforce planning, organizational design, and structure recommendations
  • Advise and support employees on career development, working relationships, and performance matters
  • Lead company-wide initiatives and cross-functional HR projects
  • Advocate for employees while aligning HR strategy to business goals
  • Mentor and develop junior HR team members through coaching and shadowing

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR) are a plus
