Responsibilities
- Provide full-spectrum strategic and tactical HR support to executive leaders in the Americas Sales function
- Partner with leaders on talent planning, leadership development, and succession planning
- Drive workforce planning, organizational design, and structure recommendations
- Advise and support employees on career development, working relationships, and performance matters
- Lead company-wide initiatives and cross-functional HR projects
- Advocate for employees while aligning HR strategy to business goals
- Mentor and develop junior HR team members through coaching and shadowing
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR) are a plus
