Skills
- Proficiency with HRIS and HR reporting platforms
- Strong data analysis skills (Excel, Tableau or similar)
- Experience handling employee relations and investigations
- Working knowledge of relevant labor laws and compliance
- Ability to influence and partner with cross-functional leaders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Change management and organizational design experience
- Discretion handling sensitive information
Responsibilities
- Advise leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management strategies.
- Manage employee relations matters including investigations and resolution recommendations.
- Act as mediator and advocate to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Develop and deliver HR analytics, dashboards, and reports to inform decisions.
- Design and optimize scalable HR processes and initiatives to improve efficiency and engagement.
- Partner with leadership to support change initiatives and drive adoption.
- Support leadership development, succession planning, and professional growth programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Identify and help mitigate organizational and people-related risks.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required)
- HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred
