This role offers a dynamic opportunity to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with internal teams to attract and hire top talent. You will be instrumental in shaping hiring strategies, sourcing diverse candidates, and ensuring a positive and seamless experience for applicants. Thriving in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, you will support building high-performing teams aligned with organizational goals. This position combines strategic sourcing, relationship-building, and data-driven decision-making to enhance talent acquisition outcomes.

Accountabilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand talent needs and provide sourcing advice.
  • Identify, engage, and pre-screen candidates using creative sourcing methods and tools.
  • Assist in developing and implementing sourcing and recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Ensure a professional candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up.
  • Advance talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring demands through proactive recruitment.
  • Develop weekly reports and key performance indicators to measure recruiting effectiveness.
  • Participate in special projects related to talent management and other assigned duties.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting exempt-level positions.
  • Expert knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Workday ATS preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to build rapport and collaborate at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to handle confidential matters with tact and urgency.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR-related applications.
  • Capacity to work independently and as part of a team while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Hybrid work schedule with two days remote per week.
