Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the Finance Transformation roadmap, prioritizing high-ROI initiatives across quote-to-cash, procure-to-pay and record-to-report
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure using Jira and Atlassian tools
- Coordinate technical requirements with developers, architects, system engineers and business analysts
- Align technical roadmaps and resolve cross-system dependencies to ensure scalability and system integrity
- Define KPIs and measure impact to quantify initiative effectiveness and demonstrate ROI
- Provide regular updates and risk reporting to senior leadership; proactively mitigate blockers
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, GTM, Product, IT and People to align initiatives with organizational goals
- Promote and implement project management best practices and emerging technology recommendations
- Ensure SOX compliance and support IT general controls and post-production support/hypercare
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems or related field (preferred)
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS) or equivalent experience a plus
- Relevant certifications (PMP, Scrum, or CPA) are beneficial but not required
