Senior Revenue Accountant
Skills
- Familiarity with ASC 606 revenue recognition standards
- Experience with SOX compliance and financial audit processes
- Ability to interpret contractual language
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRMs, NetSuite, and/or Zuora
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Responsibilities
- Review and approve billing and revenue accuracy for sales orders
- Maintain quality reviews in a high-volume transactional environment
- Perform month-end reconciliations and reviews across all revenue cycle systems
- Assist with financial audits and maintain SOX compliance
- Collaborate with deal desk, sales, and legal teams to ensure system accuracy
- Manage competing priorities and adhere to tight deadlines
- Lead quarterly and year-end audit processes as the external auditors’ point of contact
- Ensure timely monthly and quarterly close procedures
- Support ad hoc analyses and special projects as required
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
