Responsibilities
- Oversee monthly management company close and financial and regulatory reporting
- Analyze accounting and business results and provide strategic recommendations
- Partner with Tax and FP&A teams on projections, tax provisions, and initiatives
- Review and draft accounting and internal policy documents highlighting risk and controls
- Enhance internal financial controls and collaborate with other finance teams
- Lead journal entry reviews and balance sheet reconciliations with variance analysis
- Develop and own monthly financial reporting packages
- Manage consolidation of multiple entities and review regulatory accounting reports
- Drive strategic initiatives to manage risk and improve processes
- Explore and implement technological solutions to improve team efficiency
Education
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in accounting
- CPA certification required
