- Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or in a similar role
- Proficiency with Windows and Linux operating systems
- Experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure as code using Terraform
- Use of configuration management tools such as Ansible
- Knowledge of container technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, AWS EKS, and ECS
- Familiarity with observability tools like DataDog
- Proficient scripting and coding skills in Python, PowerShell, and understanding of C#
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Ensure high availability and uptime of Commodities Technology services and applications
- Automate and streamline manual operational processes
- Conduct root cause analysis and prepare post-mortem reports for production incidents
- Coordinate with application support, development, and infrastructure teams to track priorities
- Monitor mission-critical systems to meet service level objectives
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
