- Deep program and project management experience with technical initiatives
- Proven NetSuite experience including integrations and accountant-facing transformations
- SOX knowledge (AS-2201) and experience maintaining IT general controls
- Strong experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and Google Workspace
- Ability to define and track KPIs and demonstrate measurable ROI
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Comfortable coordinating across global time zones during hypercare/production incidents
- Strong written and verbal communication with senior leaders
Responsibilities
- Own the Finance Transformation roadmap and prioritize high-ROI initiatives across quote-to-cash, procure-to-pay and record-to-report
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring and closure using Jira and Atlassian tools
- Coordinate technical requirements and work closely with developers, architects, system engineers and administrators
- Align cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, GTM, Product, IT, People) and resolve cross-system dependencies
- Define and track KPIs to measure impact, demonstrate ROI and refine program strategy
- Provide regular status, risk updates and escalation to senior leadership
- Introduce best practices and frameworks for program and project management
- Ensure SOX compliance and maintain controls during project delivery and hypercare phases
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS) or relevant certification preferred
