Payroll Assistant (ETS) | Temporary

Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensures the integrity and confidentiality of all payroll information.
  • Provides efficient and accurate service to employees and supervisors.
  • Answers high volume incoming phone calls, and responds to emails regarding questions from employees and vendors.
  • Prepares and compiles payroll data to maintain payroll records and to assist in the payroll process.
  • Completes wage verifications and other Payroll related legal documents.
  • Performs related responsibilities as required.  

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Call center experience is preferred

 

NOTE: Position tasks are required to be performed in-person at an Emory University location; working remote is not an option. Emory reserves the right to change this status with notice to employee.
