Senior Manager, People Relations

The Senior Manager, People Relations will lead complex employee investigations across the AMER region, advise leaders on performance and disciplinary matters, and help build scalable ER frameworks to promote a fair, consistent, and respectful workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex and high-stakes employee relations investigations (misconduct, harassment, discrimination) across the AMER region
  • Conduct thorough fact-finding, witness interviews, documentation, and synthesize findings into clear recommendations
  • Advise managers and People Business Partners on performance management, disciplinary actions, and dispute resolution
  • Provide guidance and oversight to one direct report to ensure consistency and quality of case handling
  • Develop and maintain investigation frameworks, case tracking systems, documentation protocols, and procedural standards
  • Collaborate with Legal and People Operations on risk mitigation, policy enforcement, and audit readiness
  • Lead or support cross-functional initiatives (policy development, training, manager enablement) to improve ER practices
  • Analyze trends and root causes to inform People strategies and address systemic issues
  • Stay current on employment law developments, best practices, and global ER trends
  • Maintain discretion, professionalism, and consistent application of company policies and values

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Juris Doctor (JD) or legal experience preferred but not required
