Responsibilities
- Coordinate and process exit interviews; document and track trends.
- Review and administer PIPs and written warnings for completeness and policy compliance.
- Act as a first point of contact for frontline employee and manager HR questions, escalating to senior PBPs when needed.
- Support administrative processes for employee relations, investigations, and HR policy enforcement.
- Maintain accurate documentation of employee relations cases, performance actions, and personnel records.
- Assist PBPs with HR program execution including engagement initiatives, compliance activities, and onboarding/offboarding.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
