Responsibilities
- Partner with senior executives across Corporate and Software to design and execute people strategies that enable business growth.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of People Business Partners to deliver proactive strategic HR support.
- Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning efforts across assigned functions.
- Advise on leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, and cultural alignment using data-driven insights.
- Lead change management and performance management processes while shaping talent development initiatives.
- Collaborate with compensation, total rewards, and talent analytics teams to inform workforce decisions.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred but not required (equivalent experience accepted).
