- Market survey analysis and slotting/matching
- Structure modeling and compa-ratio analysis
- Knowledge of FLSA, pay transparency, shift/differential pay, and internal equity principles
- Strong Excel/Sheets capability (advanced modeling preferred)
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication for non-expert stakeholders
- Prioritization, time management, and project delivery
- Familiarity with compensation platforms and HRIS (Workday experience a plus)
Responsibilities
- Own compensation workstreams end-to-end: market pricing, offer review, structure upkeep, and audits
- Price niche and hard-to-match aerospace roles by triangulating surveys, peer benchmarks, and role architecture
- Identify and flag misalignments in job and compensation architecture and propose pragmatic, cross-functional fixes
- Build analyses and decision memos that translate data into actionable recommendations (range refreshes, geographic differentials, premiums)
- Improve and automate compensation processes: identify inefficiencies, pilot solutions, document standards, and share knowledge
- Partner with Total Rewards and People Team members on annual business rhythms and occasionally guide project work of others
Education
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Economics, Business, or equivalent experience
- Relevant compensation or HR certifications are a plus (e.g., CCP, GRP)
