Position Summary:The Human Resources Compliance and Employee Relations Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing company-wide HR compliance. This role ensures that all HR practices align with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and promotes fair, respectful, and productive work environments across all locations. This individual will also lead and support cross-functional HR projects, including policy rollouts, audits, training initiatives, and process improvements.
