HR Generalist (Remote)

Ennoble Care is a rapidly growing mobile primary care, palliative care, and hospice services provider operating across multiple U.S. states. We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist to support core HR functions—onboarding, employee relations, benefits, compliance, and HRIS administration—in a fast-paced, collaborative People team working East Coast hours.

Skills

  • 1–2+ years HR Generalist or similar HR experience
  • Solid foundation in HR principles, compliance, and best practices
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable working remotely and during East Coast hours
  • Experience with ADP (HRIS) and Greenhouse (ATS) is a plus
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and able to follow a chain of command

Responsibilities

  • Act as a friendly, approachable first point of contact for employees and managers
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes and maintain employee lifecycle records
  • Administer benefits and support benefits-related employee questions
  • Manage employee relations issues and escalate appropriately
  • Maintain and update employee data in HRIS (ADP) and support ATS (Greenhouse) operations
  • Assist with policy development, documentation, and clear employee communications
  • Balance multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and support peak periods
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Management, and HR leadership

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required unless equivalent substantial HR experience can be demonstrated
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred but not required; employer support available
