- Detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven with strong troubleshooting skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary Workday administrator: configuration, security, business processes, and updates.
- Develop, test, and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics.
- Manage Workday upgrades/releases; test features and communicate changes to stakeholders.
- Provide training and ongoing support to People team members, managers, and employees.
- Perform regular data audits and troubleshoot discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
- Collaborate with vendors and IT to implement and secure integrations (payroll, benefits, recruiting).
- Identify and drive process improvements to increase efficiency and compliance.
- Document system configurations, business processes, and user procedures.
- Act as subject matter expert on Workday features and best practices.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
