Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive calendar management for a three-person People leadership team, coordinating complex schedules and multi-time-zone meetings
- Plan and manage domestic and international executive travel logistics end-to-end
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of executives
- Coordinate and manage internal and external meetings, including preparation, follow-up, and materials
- Maintain confidential communications and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization and external partners
- Provide backup support to other administrative team members as needed
- Triage requests, deconflict priorities, and keep executives’ daily operations running smoothly
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
