The Workplace Experience & Strategic Initiatives Manager will lead the San Francisco hub's daily operations and implement HR initiatives, enhancing employee experiences and workplace strategy while promoting the use of AI in operations.
Responsibilities: Oversee operational excellence at the San Francisco hub focusing on employee experience, health and safety compliance, and leading workplace strategy and HR projects.
Skills: 8-12+ years in Workplace Experience or HR Operations, strong project management capabilities, vendor management, and excellent communication skills are required.
Qualifications: Proven experience in leading teams in hybrid environments, familiarity with health and safety regulations, and a data-driven mindset are preferred.
Location: The role is based in San Francisco, with potential travel (15-20%) to international hubs.
Compensation: $130000 - $180000 / Annually

This is a hands-on leadership role with primary accountability for Workplace Experience and Hub Operations, including direct ownership of the San Francisco hub, while also leading select cross-functional HR initiatives.
Approximately 60% of this role is focused on Workplace Experience execution and hub ownership—ensuring day-to-day operational excellence, health and safety compliance, and a high-quality employee and guest experience. The remaining scope focuses on driving workplace strategy and broader HR projects across Total Rewards, HR Operations, and people infrastructure.

At BetterUp, we compensate our employees fairly for their work. Base salary is determined by job-related experience, education/training, residence location, as well as market indicators. The range below is representative of base salary only and does not include equity, sales bonus plans (when applicable) and benefits. This range may be modified in the future.
The base salary range for this role is $130,000 - $180,000.
