management’s cool with WFH which I love, but also… out of sight, out of mind. feels like I get overlooked for stuff.

Good benefits package, but I’d swap half of it for a little less chaos in the day-to-day.

Hard to get anything done when priorities change every week.

Benefits are okay-ish, but the raises don’t keep up with the cost of living.
