Overview
Prosci is seeking a Resourcing Specialist to join our dynamic Services Delivery Operations team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our various training programs are staffed with top talent to support our mission to help organizations succeed through change, while also maximizing utilization in order to attain margin and efficiency targets.
This position focuses primarily on resourcing/staffing for our Training Delivery Team, which includes Training Success Specialists and Executive Instructors, while also serving as a trained backup for our Senior Advisory Resourcing & Operations Manager for consulting staffing needs as required. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have experience in professional services staffing, and understand utilization and capacity planning concepts, this is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact across the organization.

Travel Requirements: This role requires travel 2 times per year for team meetings or company events.
Work Location: This is a remote role, and we are open to candidates in the US and Canada.
Compensation: $61,000 – 76,000 USD is the projected range of annual base salary for this role depending on the candidate’s overall qualifications and experience. This is eligible for inclusion in our annual bonus program.
