Franchise Recruitment Growth Specialist

The N2 Company is America’s leading publisher of community magazines, operating remote-first with award-winning media brands and a mission-driven culture. They are seeking a Franchise Recruitment Growth Specialist to design, execute, and optimize recruitment funnels and outreach that scale their Area Director pipeline and improve candidate conversion and quality.

Skills

  • Hands-on experience with CRM or automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zapier, Greenhouse, GoHighLevel)
  • Strong writing and messaging skills for outreach and candidate communications
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and use data to drive optimizations
  • Experience with candidate sourcing and outreach via LinkedIn or similar tools
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute targeted outreach to prospective Area Director candidates across channels (email, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Build, maintain, and optimize recruitment pipelines and automations to ensure smooth candidate progression and follow-ups
  • Create and refine recruitment messaging (emails, sequences, touchpoints) tailored to different candidate audiences
  • Monitor outreach and pipeline metrics, run tests, and iterate to improve response rates and conversion
  • Collaborate with recruiting and marketing teams to align candidate experience and handoffs
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement process or system improvements to increase operational effectiveness

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • Relevant professional experience in recruitment, marketing, or growth may substitute for degree
  • Experience working remotely or in distributed teams preferred
