We’re looking for a world-class Talent Associate to build and fuel top-of-funnel hiring for our rapidly scaling team. You will be the engine behind how we identify, attract, and engage exceptional talent.
You will own research, outbound strategy, pipeline development, and workflow optimization, creating a repeatable machine that consistently delivers high-quality, high-slope candidates. You’ll collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and company leadership, ensuring that every search starts strong and stays on track.

Build top-of-funnel pipelines and source exceptional talent across all roles — from BDR, AE, and Demand Gen to Software Engineering and Data Science.
Develop multi-channel sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, Juicebox/email, niche platforms, referrals, communities, events). Write compelling outreach that reflects our brand and resonates with high-performers, and continuously test and optimize.
Maintain a high weekly outbound volume, with a focus on quality and personalization over spray-and-pray tactics. Use data to refine search criteria and improve hit-rates.
Map relevant companies, competitors, and talent pools; build structured target lists by role. Track industry trends, comp benchmarks, signals of rep performance (President’s Clubs, quota attainment, etc.)
Manage candidate responses, nurture warm pipelines, and conduct initial qualification screens when needed.
You’ve built predictable, high-quality pipelines for a variety of roles.
Recruiters and hiring managers rely on your research and see you as a thought partner, not a task executor.
Outbound reply rates and screening pass-through rates trend above industry benchmarks.
You’ve introduced new tools, workflows, or automation that meaningfully improve sourcing output.
You understand the nuances of our business, ICP, culture bar, and what “slope” looks like in candidates.
You’ve helped source multiple new hires through your efforts.
1–4 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or similar roles. Direct experience sourcing for BDR, AE, or other GTM roles strongly preferred.
Demonstrated success in outbound sourcing and talent engagement.
Familiarity with ATS systems (Ashby, ideally) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, etc.).
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Fast-paced AND detail-oriented.
Play a foundational role in building a high-slope, talent-dense company
Partner directly with senior leaders across GTM, Recruiting, and Operations at a company with no red tape
