Skills
- 3+ years HR Business Partner experience (engineering client groups preferred)
- Strong employee relations and investigation experience
- Compensation, benefits, and workforce planning knowledge
- Data-driven mindset with experience using people metrics
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with high emotional intelligence
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, outcome-oriented environments
- U.S. Person status required to access export-controlled data
Responsibilities
- Serve as strategic thought partner to engineering leaders on people strategies and organizational design
- Coach managers on performance management, development, and feedback best practices
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues; conduct investigations when needed
- Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and business unit restructures
- Design, implement, and iterate people programs to improve retention and talent development
- Drive compensation planning and talent calibration processes in partnership with rewards
- Use people metrics to deliver insights and data-driven recommendations
- Build strong relationships and trust across the teams you support
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience (required)
- Advanced degree in HR or related field (preferred)
