Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the El Segundo HQ, ensuring a functional, well-stocked, and welcoming workspace
- Coordinate in-office events, meetings, catering, and onsite logistics
- Serve as primary contact for property management, vendors, and service providers
- Manage office mail, supplies, snacks, and common area upkeep
- Provide high-level executive support including complex calendar management and meeting logistics for CEO, COO, and executive leaders
- Organize quarterly executive offsites and support executive travel bookings
- Support quarterly board meeting scheduling, communications, and logistics
- Partner with the People team on recruiting coordination, onboarding/offboarding, and team events
- Jump in on ad-hoc administrative tasks to support People and cross-functional teams
Education
- Bachelor's degree required
